My first company — and the fastest education I ever bought. I learned to build websites, to pitch, and to run a company from the inside out: the accounts, the paperwork, all of it.
Took away → web design craft & company structure. Firra's skills built every venture since.
3D Printshop
Designed it, printed it, packed it, shipped it. Real customers paid real money — proof the machine worked. The margins just weren't worth the hours, so it was wound down on purpose, not in flames.
Took away → unit economics, logistics and when to quit while you're ahead.
